The works that I'm working a few
years ago, were always related to humans, its existence and membership
of the society in which we live.
Passing through various stages in the development and visual techniques,
while the constant term in the work.
At first the blue and then works serial, schematic and cartoonish, but
they had to do with this idea of a United Nations Belonging place, a
society or any group, that for some reason we like or would like to
belong. It is then, when we induce many times and our attitudes and life
to the constant struggle to be included to these groups, and many times
we leave behind that we really are as unique individuals, as part of
..., sin and REALIZING we forget our own identity.
In her recent work is more interest internally, emotionally. Then when
it took preconceived images of biology books, texts of organic human
studies, and a beginning to transfer these images to a context different
from painting, which then involved in an allegorical play, a recurring
and almost whimsical about the ways and Illustrations of these organs.
No denying their scientific classification, but dig a little deeper into
it. Since When cutting or operates a body, where is the person? "The
Individual? His thoughts, his life ...." Life "... What part of your
body? In the brain, heart, lungs, blood? And without doubt it is clear
that we are a little more than matter, scientific classifications and
conceptual ... Hence the question: is Organic?
